Liqueurs greatly appreciated by lovers of regional alcoholic drinks
MARC DE BOURGOGNE
Marc de Bourgogne gives flavour and finesse to some of our regional dishes. It can be flambéed or taken after a meal or even as a long drink with soda water.
FINE DE BOURGOGNE
Fine de Bourgogne (Burgundy brandy) is most often enjoyed after a meal: rather like the icing on the cake!
Charles Allexant was an itinerant distiller some ten years ago. So we hardly need tell you that his skill has enabled us to build up a collection and keep some delicious Marc and Fine which have all aged for over 20 years in barrels, hence their beautiful amber colour and their wonderful finesse.
CBlackcurrants and raspberries are picked in the surrounding countryside and the liqueurs are produced by the traditional Dijon distillery Edmond Briottet.
CREMANT Sparkling wine
We make the wine on the Estate and send it to the Paul Chollet firm in Savigny-les-Beaune.
