The climat (parcel) of “Les Bressandes” differs from that of the other premier crus in Beaune, producing wines that are much fruitier and more elegant. They have very powerful aromas with excellent, supple tannins. In addition, they can be enjoyed young or after several years in the cellar. Our neighbours are none other than the well-known Hospices de Beaune.
Beaune wines like the Bressandes are delicious after about five to ten years in the cellar. Really good years can be kept for over fifteen years.
Duck, roast meat, white meat, game (birds) and cheese.
