Serve at 15°C. Is better drunk while still young.

Wine with the structure of Pinot Noir. Its aromas of red fruit and its delightful freshness make it a great favourite at a buffet meal, a barbecue or a dinner with friends. With its touch of spice and its time spent ageing in wood, this is definitely an uncomplicated, easy-to-drink wine that can be served in any circumstances, even with a beef bourguignon or a cheese made by the monks in the Abbaye des Citeaux.
