The colour is nicely intense and the wine has good body, with the characteristic elegance of a Pinot Noir. Hints of very ripe red fruits and a good length on the palate.
The composition of these wines makes them ready to drink fairly quickly. They are probably at their best after 3-6 years.
This wine is ideal for family cooking, and as it ages, it will go well with food in sauce, such as eggs poached in wine or a beef bourguignon, and of course with cheese. This is the perfect partner for a whole meal.
This wine has a lovely shiny deep red colour. The bouquet of sumptuous grapes, very typical of ‘Pinot Noir’. Pleasant on the palate, plenty of finesse and elegance, with lots of body. Fruit with pips, smooth and tasty. Should be ready in a year or two.
