The Puligny white wines are a blend of very noble, classy aromas: marzipan, fern, exotic fruit, amber and white blossom. On the palate their acidity is fairly discreet, giving full rein to the intense sweetness and the impressive length.
All finely flavoured fish in sauce or with cream, cheeses like Comté or blue, and poultry or white meat in a cream sauce.
